Purchase-sale conditions

1. General provisions

These Purchase and Sale Rules (hereinafter - the "Rules") are a legally binding document that determines the mutual rights, duties and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods in the electronic store (hereinafter - the "e-store"). All buyers performing the purchase act acknowledge that they are familiar with and agree to these rules.

2. Conclusion of the purchase - sale contract

The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered to be concluded from the moment when the buyer in the electronic store, after creating a shopping cart, specifying the delivery address, choosing a payment method, familiarizing himself with and agreeing to the store's rules, clicks the "Order" button. Each contract concluded between the buyer and the seller is stored in e-mail. in the store.

3. Buyer rights

The buyer has the right to buy goods in the e-shop according to the procedure established by these rules. The buyer has the right to refuse the goods and the purchase-sale contract with the e-store within 14 days from the day of delivery of the goods, except in cases where the contract is concluded for goods that are included in the list of non-returnable goods and a service contract is concluded, according to which services are fully provided to the buyer .

4. The buyer undertakes

The buyer must accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed amount for them. If the data provided in the buyer's registration form changes, the buyer must update it immediately. If the buyer, during the delivery of the goods, refuses to accept the goods, the buyer must cover the costs of delivery of the goods. By using the e-store, the buyer agrees to these purchase and sale rules and must comply with them.
If you terminate the purchase contract, the goods are returned within 14 days from the day of delivery. Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

When terminating the sales contract, the Buyer must notify the Seller about the termination of the contract not only electronically at ramunas@xpro.lt, but also by phone at 8-687-22875 in order to ensure the deadlines stipulated by law.

IMPORTANT: before returning quality goods, please check whether the goods are not on the list of non-returnable goods.

5. Seller's rights

If the Buyer tries to harm the work or stable operation of the e-store, the Seller may, without prior warning, limit or suspend the Buyer's ability to use the e-store or cancel the Buyer's registration. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the e-store without notifying the Buyer in advance. The seller can unilaterally change the terms of these rules. The appearance of the goods displayed in the store may change (color, inscriptions, etc.), but the model and data must be as specified.
The seller may refuse to accept the order, sell the goods to the buyer, if the latter is determined to be an untrustworthy customer.

6. Obliged by the seller

To create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use e-mail. services provided by the store. Deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the specified address and within the agreed delivery period. If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered product to the Buyer due to important circumstances, he undertakes to offer an analogous product. If the buyer refuses to accept the analogue of the product, return the money paid within 3 working days, if the Buyer has made an advance payment.
After terminating the sales contract, the Seller undertakes to return the money for the product within 14 days.

7. Delivery of goods

The goods are delivered by the Seller or Courier Service. During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment together with the authorized representative of the Store or the courier service. After the buyer signs the invoice, it is considered that the shipment has been delivered. If you notice a shipment violation, you must not accept the shipment and mark it in the shipment's waybill. If you accept the product and sign the delivery note without comments, the shipment is considered to have been delivered in good order. Goods in stock are delivered within 3-7 working days. Ordered goods are delivered within 10 working days (if the goods are not in stock within 21 working days). In order for the product to be delivered faster, contact the administration for prices.

8. Return of items

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the buyer receives the ordered product. The return of items takes place in accordance with 2001. June 29 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 217 "On the approval of the rules for returning and exchanging items". The buyer's request to return or exchange the goods shall be satisfied if the items have not been used, are not damaged, their usable properties have been preserved, they have not lost their commercial appearance and they have the original attached labels. The buyer must have proof of purchase. If the Buyer decides to terminate the contract and informs the Seller about it, the Buyer cannot use the product. If it is determined that the product has been used (used), damaged, has lost its usable properties or is without the original attached labels, the Seller refuses to fulfill the request for termination of the contract. The buyer returns the goods with his own transport to the address specified by the seller and covers the return costs. The seller returns the amounts paid for the goods to the buyer no later than fourteen days from the day he received the buyer's notice of withdrawal from the contract. There are no refunds for the provided transport service. The buyer must hand over the goods to the seller immediately and no later than within fourteen days from the date of the notification of withdrawal from the contract. The seller does not refund the sums paid to the buyer until the goods are returned.

When a sold low-quality product is returned, the Seller undertakes to accept the low-quality product and replace it with an analogous product. In case the Seller does not have an analogous product, the money paid by the Buyer is returned.

9. Liability

The buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. If the Buyer does not provide accurate data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the resulting consequences. The buyer is responsible for the actions performed using the e-store. The buyer is responsible for the transfer of registration data to third parties. If third parties use the Buyer's registration data, the Buyer is responsible for the actions performed by the third party. The Seller is not responsible for the information provided on the websites of other companies, even if the Buyer accesses these websites through the links in the Seller's e-store. In the event of damage, the guilty party compensates the other party for the losses incurred.

10. Sending Information

The Seller sends all notifications to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer's registration form. The Buyer sends all messages and questions to the address or e-mail address specified in the "Contacts" section of the Seller's e-store.

11. Final provisions

These rules are subject to the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If it is not possible to reach an agreement, disagreements are resolved according to the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
